HILTON HEAD, SC – The Penn State Harrisburg men's tennis team earned a win over Franciscan University under the lights late on Wednesday evening in Hilton Head, SC. The Blue and White took the match 5-2 to earn their fifth win of the season.
DOUBLES
Wheeler/Cuturic cruised on court one doubles 6-0, while the inverse can be said on court two with Schreck/Herb losing 0-6. With the final match deciding the doubles point, Flack/McCarthy won 6-3 to put the Lions up 1-0 into singles play.
SINGLES
Cooper Wheeler held down court one singles with a 6-2, 6-2 victory while
Damir Cuturic turned in a 4-6, 6-2, 10-5 victorious battle.
Andrew Schreck also tacked on a 6-3, 6-2 win for the fourth point of the night.
Michael Rivino earned the fifth point of the match with a 6-2, 6-2 win on court five.
Clayton Herb lost 2-6, 3-6 on court four while
John McCarthy lost 2-6, 2-6 on court six.

The Harrisburg men's team will resume tomorrow afternoon in a rescheduled match against Western New England at 3:00 PM.
