MORRISTOWN, N.J. - Penn State Harrisburg's women's basketball team suffered a 74-54 setback against conference foe Saint Elizabeth on Saturday afternoon, Jan. 18.
Ali Lister led the Lions with 19 points to go along with eight rebounds and a pair of assists, while
Jordan Carpenter chipped in 13 points and five boards.
Mikayla Coleman rounded out the double-digit scoring column with 10 points and
Lauren Moffatt grabbed eight rebounds, six of which were on the offensive side of the ball.
Saint Elizabeth (10-7, 6-2 United East) wasted no time against Penn State Harrisburg (11-6, 5-4 United East), as the home team jumped out to a 23-9 advantage after the opening quarter. Early in the second frame, however, the Lions went on a 9-0 run that included a trio of layups from Coleman, Lister and Carpenter, respectively, to bring the score to within five at 25-20.
Despite the second quarter push by Penn State Harrisburg, the Eagles quickly went on a roll of their own and went into halftime with a comfortable 41-25 advantage.
The home team continued to put pressure on the Lions throughout the second half, as Saint Elizabeth didn't allow the Lions to get within 15 points the rest of the contest.

- Lister had a team-high 19 points, shooting 66 percent from the field, and added eight rebounds.
- Carpenter had 13 points and five boards.
- Coleman recorded 10 points on the night, while Moffatt chipped in six points and eight rebounds.

- Saint Elizabeth's Mya Davis led the squad with 21 points, while Paige Neal had a double-double with 17 rebounds and 13 points.
- The home team topped the Lions in several statistical categories, as the Eagles shot 39.2 percent from the field, won the rebounding battle 51-42 and limited their turnovers to just 11 compared to Penn State Harrisburg's 20.
