Alexandra Kon is set to begin her second season as an assistant coach for the Penn State Harrisburg women's volleyball program in 2024.

In her first season with the program, Kon helped lead the Lions to the semifinal round of the United East Volt Division Tournament in 2023, with Penn State Harrisburg winning its first postseason contest in more than a decade. A trio of players in Hannah DeGregory, Julia Choe, and Camryn Wettstone were named to the United East Volt Division All-Conference Second Team, while DeGregory became the first player in program history to earn College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District recognition.
