  • Title
    Assistant Coach

Sara White joined Penn State Harrisburg's women's soccer coaching staff in the spring of 2025. Her role primarily consists of injury prevention, monitoring of GPS/heart rate data and physical screening of the players within the program.

White completed her academic pursuits at Lebanon Valley College where she earned both her Bachelor's in Exercise Science and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. During her studies, White completed her final clinical rotation with True Sports, providing valuable hands-on experience in a practical setting. Since then, she has worked with a variety of collegiate student-athletes, addressing various sports-related injuries and conditions.

White has also served as a physical therapist at True Sports since January 2023. She developed a particular interest in treating ligament tears and knee injuries. This specialization is influenced by her personal history with similar injuries, allowing her to empathize with her patients and understand the intricacies of their rehabilitation process.

As an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), White is committed to continuous learning and professional development. She regularly attends strength and conditioning conferences to remain updated with new information and studies, ensuring that she provides the best possible care to her patients based on current evidence-based practices.
