Michelle Alleman begins her first season as an assistant coach for Penn State Harrisburg's women's soccer program in the fall of 2026, bringing more than a decade of coaching experience at the travel, Girls Academy, and Olympic Development Program levels.
Alleman currently serves as a coach with Keystone GA in Mechanicsburg, Pa. and SSC in Shippensburg, Pa. She also coaches for the Olympic Development Program, contributing to player development, identification, and selection. Previously, Alleman coached with Arlington Soccer Association in Virginia.
A former NCAA Division II student-athlete, Alleman played her collegiate soccer at Nyack College. Her playing experience also includes the Olympic Development Program, Rochester Junior Rhinos, and the Central New York Empire State Games.
Alleman holds a USSF National D coaching license and is taking her C certification.
