KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Thanks to its success in the classroom during the 2025-26 campaign, Penn State Harrisburg's men's soccer program has earned the United Soccer Coaches College Team Academic Award. 


In order to earn the organization's team academic award, a program must maintain a cumulative grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher during the most recent academic year. As a group, Penn State Harrisburg achieved a team GPA of 3.29 during the 2025-26 season.


In addition to the team's achievements in the classroom last year, Penn State Harrisburg was also massively successful on the field, capturing the program's fourth United East Championship and earning its fourth trip to the NCAA Tournament in the last six years. 


Individually, 19 players earned United East All-Academic Team recognition earlier this year thanks to achieving a combined GPA of 3.2 or higher during the most recent fall and spring semesters, while Aidan McWilliams also received College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors.
