LATHAM, N.Y. – Penn State Harrisburg's women's volleyball team has been picked to finish second in the United East Preseason Coaches' Poll.


The Lions ranked second in the poll and received five first-place votes after racking up a program-record 21 wins, making a run to the United East Championship Match, and finishing as the conference runner-up last fall. All-conference performers Brianna Ondishin Ribon and Camryn Wettstone, along with United East Elite 21 Award recipient Kate Bukowski, are among the players back to help lead the way this season.


Perennial contender Gallaudet topped the coaches' poll and secured eight first-place votes. St. Mary's (Md.), the defending conference champion, was pegged third, while Lancaster Bible was tabbed fourth. Cairn rounded out the top five.


Penn State Harrisburg is set to begin the 2026 campaign by hosting non-conference foe Elizabethtown at the Capital Union Building on Tuesday night, Sept. 1.
