MANAHAWKIN, N.J. - Numerous Penn State Harrisburg field hockey players have earned academic recognition from the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA).
Six players in
Victoria Castano Colman,
McKenzie Grady,
Charlotte Grove,
Faith Musser,
Kasey Toth and
Sara Yeselavage earned spots on the NFHCA Division III National Academic Squad. Sponsored by OPA Winning Teams, the NFHCA National Academic Squad program honors undergraduate student-athletes who have achieved a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or higher through the fall semester, as nominated by their NFHCA member coaches.
The latest accolades come after another successful fall for the field hockey program in the classroom. As a group, the Lions earned a 3.12 GPA during the fall semester and currently hold an overall 3.09 cumulative GPA.
