LOUISVILLE, Ky. - Thanks to their academic success during the 2025 campaign, a dozen Penn State Harrisburg softball players were recognized by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) as Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athletes.
In order to earn the distinction, a student-athlete must have achieved a GPA of 3.5 or higher during the 2024-25 season. This year, 9,199 total softball players across NCAA Division I, II and III, the NAIA, the NJCAA and at the high school level were recognized. Division III led the way with 2,565 honorees.
The 12 Penn State Harrisburg players to secure Easton/NFCA All-America Scholar-Athlete status include Jocelyn Bennett, Ashley Elefante, Lillian Feltenberger, Mackenzie Fisher, Olivia Herncane, Madelyn Lehigh, Rylee Martinez, Aleisa Rowe, Sierra Sims, Kierstyn Smith, Aspen Walker and Carissa Yeager.
