KANSAS CITY, Mo. - Penn State Harrisburg's women's soccer coaching staff, led by head coach Brandon West, has been named the United Soccer Coaches Division III Region IV Staff of the Year.

For their efforts in leading Penn State Harrisburg to an historic 2025 campaign, West and assistant coaches Ryan Sipe, Nick West, Jared Odenbeck and Jessie Walker earned regional coaching staff of the year recognition for the first time in program history.

The latest honor comes a month after West was named the United East Coach of the Year for the second time in his career. This fall, he and his staff guided the Lions to a program-record 16 wins, a second consecutive conference championship, a pair of NCAA Tournament victories and an NCAA Round of 16 appearance for the first time in school history. Penn State Harrisburg also earned a national ranking for the first time in program history, finishing the season ranked No. 23 in the United Soccer Coaches Top 25 Poll.

As a team this fall, the Lions ranked sixth in the nation in total assists (60), as well as 11th in the country in both total goals (75) and total points (210). Numerous players also earned individual accolades, including Diana Pon securing United Soccer Coaches All-America Third Team honors. Pon was joined by Mackenzie Mowery and Ava Myers as all-region selections, while nine players secured all-conference honors this fall.
