LATHAM, N.Y. - Penn State Harrisburg field hockey's Ami Mattingly, Faith Musser and AJ MIsselhorn earned major awards to lead eight United East All-Conference selections, as announced by the conference on Tuesday morning.

Mattingly was named the United East Player of the Year, Musser garnered conference rookie of the year honors and Misselhorn was voted the conference coach of the year by her peers. Mattingly and Musser joined teammates Sadie Cook, Alexis Nasuta, Macenzie Mulholland and Sara Yeselavage on the all-conference first team, while Astrid Comp and Bailey Rucker earned second-team all-conference recognition.

In her final collegiate season and first with Penn State Harrisburg, Mattingly proved one of the top offensive threats in the country. The fifth-year player ranked second in the nation in both points per game (3.69) and goals per contest (1.69) while setting single-season program records for total points (59) and goals scored (27). The Mechanicsburg, Pa. native converted seven game-winning goals, recorded three hat tricks and set the single-game program record for total points when she scored three markers and added a pair of assists in a midseason victory over Lancaster Bible. She was named the National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Division III Offensive Player of the Week Honorable Mention in early September and was tabbed the United East Offensive Player of the Week three times this fall.

Musser burst onto the scene this year, starting all but one game in the midfield during her rookie campaign. The Elizabethtown, Pa. native recorded 10 total points thanks to a pair of goals and six assists, including two crucial helpers in a come-from-behind victory over Moravian in mid-September.

In just the second year of the program's existence, Misselhorn led Penn State Harrisburg to single-season record 13 victories, a United East Championship Game appearance and a top-50 NCAA NPI ranking. The 2024 USA Field Hockey Humanitarian Award recipient guided a group that ranked top-10 in the nation in shutouts per game (0.56), assists per game (2.69), points per game (9.56) and scoring margin (2.46).

Cook turned in a stellar sophomore campaign that saw her rack up 24 total points on eight goals, including a pair of game-winning markers, and eight assists, with her .50 assists per game mark ranking 32nd in the nation. The Christiana, Pa. native buried a pair of goals in an early-season win over King's (Pa.) and converted the game winner in a memorable overtime victory against Moravian in mid-September.

Nasuta picked up where she left off a year ago and earned her second straight first-team all-conference honor this fall. The Harrisburg, Pa. native tallied nine total points thanks to three goals and three assists to go along with a defensive save. The junior also helped anchor a midfield unit that contributed to eight shutouts on the year and limited opposing teams to just .88 goals per game.

Mulholland was excellent in the cage this fall. The team captain's .97 goals against average was strong enough to rank 20th in the country, while her .80 save percentage ranked 38th amongst Division III goalkeepers. The Carlisle, Pa. native earned nine wins and contributed to eight total shutouts, making 52 saves on the season.

Yeselavage anchored a back line that surrendered just 14 total goals on the year and recorded eight shutouts on the season. The Harrisburg, Pa. native was a key contributor to a defensive unit that held Penn State Harrisburg opponents to just 72 shots on goal this fall. The sophomore added one goal and an assist to tally three points on the year. She was named the United East Defensive Player of the Week in early September for her efforts.
