Box Score 1 | Box Score 2

CRESSON, Pa. - Penn State Harrisburg's women's volleyball team dropped a pair of matches against La Roche and Mt. Aloysius on Saturday, Sept. 28.

The Lions (9-5) faced La Roche (7-5) in the first match of the day, which went four sets and ended in favor of the Redhawks 25-21, 25-18, 18-25, 25-18. Brianna Ondishin Ribon and Hannah DeGregory were dominate on offense for Penn State Harrisburg, as Ribon tallied 17 kills and DeGregory added 12. Mackenzy Miller did a little bit of everything and had 17 assists, 12 digs, and a pair of kills against La Roche. In the third set of the contest, the Lions held on to an early lead and stole a 25-18 victory to extend the match to a fourth frame. None other than DeGregory and Ondishin Ribon concluded the third set win with back-to-back kills heading into the fourth. Penn State Harrisburg was unable to find momentum in the final frame versus the Redhawks, and La Roche took home the victory.

The second match of the day saw Penn State Harrisburg fall to Mt. Aloysius (7-6) on their home court in another four-setter by set scores of 26-24, 25-21, 22-25, 25-22. Ondishin Ribon was the sole Lion to surpass the double-digit kills mark at 14 and added 12 digs as well. M. Much like the opener, the Lions took the third set but the squad couldn't push through to gain the overall contest.
