Box Score MIDDLETOWN, Pa. - Penn State Harrisburg's men's soccer team was no match for an scrappy Shenandoah squad in a 3-0 setback on Wednesday night, Sept. 18.
The Hornets (5-2-1) proved the aggressors from the outset and eventually struck first when Nathan Yared converted a penalty kick in the 22nd minute. The visitors doubled the advantage less than a minute later when Jarbin Rodriguez ripped home a goal from distance following a corner kick insertion just 53 seconds after the game's initial score.
The Lions (4-3-1) remained within striking distance well into the second half but a late push by SU led to an insurance marker when Chinedu Ikem found the back of the net in the 75th minute.
