Box Score 1 | Box Score 2

FREDERICK, Md. - Penn State Harrisburg's women's volleyball team secured its first victories of the season on Saturday afternoon, sweeping tri-match action at Hood with a 3-1 decision against Notre Dame (Md.) in the opener before taking a 3-2 marathon from the hosts in the evening's final contest.

After dropping the first match's opening set to the Gators (1-2), Penn State Harrisburg (1-1) roared back to win three straight and take the contest 26-28, 25-18, 25-20, 26-24. Tiniira Tubo, Emmaline Stevens, and Tori Henderson led the way offensively with double-digit kills, while Olivia Koicuba racked up 20-plus digs. Hannah DeGregory and Alyssa Snyder also combined for 41 assists.

The second match was a true back-and-forth affair, with the Lions (2-1) and Hood (2-1) trading set victories the entire way. Sets three and four were especially taxing, as both went to extra points before Penn State Harrisburg ultimately emerged with a 25-23, 21-25, 31-29, 24-26, 15-12 victory.
