How it Happened:
A pair of first half goals proved to be too much for the Lion's as Franklin and Marshall cruised to a 2-0 victory. The Diplomats scored their first goal of the game in the 12th minute of play off of a through ball from the midfield. In the 31st minute of play, Franklin and Marshall found the back of the net once again off a mistake by the Lion's defense. Harrisburg dominated in the second half with 8 shots on goal while the Diplomats struggled to pass midfield. The Lions could not find the back of the net or capitalize off of several key scoring opportunities.
