Box Score 2 Westminster, Md- Penn State Harrisburg was swept in both matches during the weekend's tri-match with Ursinus and McDaniel College.
The Lions took on Ursinus College during the first match of the double header losing in straight sets by a score of 25-9, 25-12, and 25-11. During the second match of the day, the Blue and White took another tough loss to McDaniel College again in straight sets by scores of 25-11, 25-11, and 25-14.
The top performers for the Lions were
Kiara Carter (Bronx, N.Y./ Milton Hershey) who put up 8 kills and 8 digs on the weekend. Also with a good weekend performance was
Erin Goodyear (Boiling Springs, Pa./ Boiling Springs) leading the team with 17 digs for the weekend.
After a tough weekend the Lady Lions will be back in action Wednesday, October 8th at 7 P.M. when Marymount University comes to town.
