Penn State Harrisburg

Cauffman serves an Athletics Administrative Assistant, overseeing all aspects of the greater Penn State Harrisburg Athletics department. 

Prior to her arrival in Middletown, Cauffman spent time at Bucknell and Lock Haven as part of the Game Day Management Staff. 

Cauffman graduated from Lock Haven with a master's degree in Sports Leadership in 2024 after earning her bachelor's degree from her alma mater in Sports Management a year earlier. 

Cauffman was a standout on the pitch as well during her time at Lock Haven and Shepherd University. After spending a year at Shepherd, the defender from Millerstown, PA helped anchor a stifling defense for the Bald Eagles during her three seasons with the program. Cauffman helped lead the Bald Eagles to nine shutouts during her career at Lock Haven with her impressive defensive efforts. 

Cauffman continues to play soccer in a local league and resides in Millerstown, PA.
