MIDDLETOWN, Pa. - Penn State Harrisburg is proud to announce the rebranding of the Victory Circle (formerly the Athletics Partnership Program), its official athletics fundraising initiative, designed to elevate the partnership experience and expand engagement with the college's athletics community. 


The newly rebranded Victory Circle includes additional accessible partnership levels and offers enhanced member benefits aimed at recognizing and celebrating the generosity of its donors, along with their efforts in helping Penn State Harrisburg foster a championship-level experience on the field of play and in the classroom.  


"We are thrilled to reintroduce the Victory Circle as part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen connections with our valued athletic alumni, fans, supporters and partners," said Rahsaan Carlton, director of athletics at Penn State Harrisburg. "This rebrand and our improved benefits program represents a significant milestone in our commitment to providing engaging experiences for our Victory Circle members while ensuring that their philanthropy will bolster our 19 NCAA Division III programs in this new era of intercollegiate athletics. As we continue to reach new and greater heights, we are excited to invite our Penn State Harrisburg family to make history with us by becoming a member today."





In addition to enjoying enhanced benefits, Victory Circle members will make a difference thanks to their gifts directly contributing to the success of nearly 400 student-athletes participating across all 19 varsity sports. These funds will continue to aid in improving Penn State Harrisburg athletic facilities, nutritional offerings at the Victory Fueling Station, player development, athletic equipment, strength and conditioning, recruiting efforts and other strategic resources vital to operating a nationally competitive program and providing winning experiences for Penn State Harrisburg student-athletes.


Membership in the Victory Circle begins with gifts of $25 or more designated to any Penn State Harrisburg athletic fund (i.e. Victory Circle general athletics, any individual varsity sport/team, sports medicine or a combination of funds). Beginning at the All-Star level, Victory Circle members are recognized as official partners of Penn State Harrisburg athletics.
